I have to say I am quite disappointed. Even the burgers are good the service seems to be lacking more and more. We did a reservation days in advance to be placed in front of the toilet, I actually am writing this while still sitting here having to dodge the incoming people who wish to relieve themselves on the toilet... far from pleasant. The best is that I voiced my concern and asked that if a table becomes available to please inform us. I've seen people leaving tables and we were not moved. I'm currently putting up with this due to our guests but definitely this will be my last time. A regrettable way to treat and terminate the confidence of a usual client.
We live quite close to this place. And visit once every second month. This time we had a spontaneous dinner on short notice. No reservation was made. No problem. We had 2 different great (one was with horseradish, the other one with rocket leaves)burgers with sweet potatos , some excellent Pinot Grigios and Franconian draft beers. The waitress was friendly, fast and professional. In summer times you can sit outside in a little beer garden. The pricing is fair. Nice place. We will for sure come back.
We order a spicy burger with French fries and two different types of sauces. The burger came without the sauces they actually say it comes with. Meat was absolutely tasteless. Like eating a cardboard box. Not even a pinch of salt and intend of send French fries they send potato chips and charge then as normal French fries. Never again. Tried to contact them and just ignored any way of contact. It was a disrespectful experience.
In a nutshell, a unique place packed with a punch! Decorated with funky artefacts and posters that will make any fan of ska or reggae smile. Their menu: packed full of great burgers and different curry sausage dishes (although their spiciest, was not hot enough for by taste buds). A must add to your dish are the sweet chips! Overall really worth a visit!
