This was my first time visiting this particular Premier Inn, and I must say the difference between this one and the one located up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) is significant. We arrived around 9:00 pm and were fortunate to find a parking spot, although the car park also serves the adjacent Beefeater restaurant. The front door is automatic, which is convenient when carrying bags, but the inner doors are manual. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic staff member. I made a reservation for Mother's Day breakfast a week in advance through the website. I confirmed the booking twice and even received a reminder email the day before my scheduled arrival. However, when I arrived today for Mother's Day, I waited at the front for 10 minutes until someone finally informed me that they were not honoring online bookings due to being short-staffed. No one contacted us in advance, not even a last-minute call would have been acceptable. This lack of communication and disrespect for customers is unacceptable. The management needs to address these issues at this establishment.
We came for my sisters 40th. It had a lovely atmosphere, not jam-packed but not empty. A nice buzz. The food was good quality and they have a good range of drinks. Hats off to our wonderful waitress, Anna. Very attentive, friendly, and professional. Not just our table, she was constantly on the go, leaving none of her tables neglected.

Popped in as I had 40% off and decided to have the chicken and ribs with some sides. Service was excellent food was decent but nothing special and the bill seemed quite high!
