The food was mediocre. The ambiance of the restaurant was unusual, with a very dark setting. The manager was seen shouting at the staff even though they had nothing to do as there were no customers to serve. The staff members appeared to be in a rush and were quite pushy, making us feel unwelcome. There seemed to be a lack of communication among the wait staff as multiple servers asked us the same questions. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant.
The food was good but not many options for vegetarians... The rest of the family really enjoyed their meat dishes... My only problem was that the hygiene aspect in terms of staff and washing hands was a concern. On two occasions staff blew their nose but did not wash hands afterwards. One member of staff observe to drop a couple of coffee beans but then these were put on the cocktail.. Maybe I have very high hygiene standard and this is quite acceptable..
average food. environment was very strange- really dark environment. the manager called to the staff when they were quiet and had no one to serve. the personal was shocked and felt like they wanted us out of asap. no communication between the personal - asked the same question of several waiters. I wouldn't go back.
My family and I had a great time at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was attentive without being overwhelming. My 3-year-old nephew loved the children's menu, especially the strawberry ice cream. It was a hit with him! Reserva una mesa ahora
my family and I enjoyed eating and the service was efficient, but not overpowered. the children's menu included favorites of my year old nephew, so he was also very happy, especially with the earthly beer.
After waiting for 50 minutes, the waitress finally noticed that our order had not been entered into the system. Throughout the meal, no one came to check on our table. We were then blamed for the mistake.
