birthday meal with the family last Sunday evening. we all enjoyed eating, nicely cooked, piping hot, well presented there were many choices. my steak my partner cops were cooked exactly as we asked great value for money too. the healthy soft drinks were groundless, which is a great idea. the personal was also beautiful. the type that looked after us was super attentive, cheerful and friendly. nothing was too much annoyed for him restaurant nice clean, beautiful atmosphere much space between tables. if I had anything to criticize, it would be clear to the tellers, I remember these from school meal transport caffes. that did not spoil our evening. we will be back, will certainly recommend othe...
Today at 1 PM, my wife and I visited the restaurant to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I ordered a mixed grill, which was quite disappointing, and my wife had the steak Diane. We both started with the same appetizer, a prawn cocktail, but since leaving, my wife has developed an upset stomach and is feeling unwell. The steak Diane is the only dish she had that I did not. The service we received was also lackluster. Unfortunately, we won't be returning or recommending this place to friends or family. It's a shame because when it first opened, the service and food were exceptional.
I cannot recommend the halifax beefeater very much! eating is always good, the restaurant is clean and the staff is excellent. the breakfast is best everywhere. The managers and the staff of the service are some of the kindest, helpful and hardworking people I know. we are always made to look like estimated customers and his really nice to see the same workers on our return trip. my daughter recently visited her 14th birthday with her friends. they were so well looked around and had an excellent time. I am really grateful for the wonderful service we always receive. Thank you!
I visited this restaurant during my stay at the nearby Premier Inn. The breakfast was fantastic, but I was disappointed with the new dinner menu. I tried the Meatball Arrabbiata, and it reminded me of the soggy spaghetti I used to eat from a can as a child—the texture was just the same. The meatballs lacked any real texture as well. I had a really enjoyable meal at the restaurant. I ordered the sirloin steak, and it was cooked to perfection. While Matt's service wasn't the fastest and he seemed hesitant to let us use our free meal voucher, he did mention that it was applied to the cheapest item on the menu. The other staff members were much friendlier and more polite. Overall, dining here is a good value, whether you use vouchers or not, so I really don't have much to complain about.
I’ve not been in so long since moving away but amazing! The service is still just as good! We were served by a man with a lip ring, a woman and a man with glasses (apologies I didn’t get any of their names) and they were all SUPER kind and amazing! And the food was also amazing!
