We had dinner here on our last night in Vic sur Cere and we would not visit again. I ordered pate maison and my husband a nice nutty salad and after a long wait plates of ham were brought so we said that was...not correct. These were eventually replaced with the correct order. But for my main course I had ordered fish and was brought tripe which smelt and looked horrid. So again I said this was not correct but nothing happened. The hotel is situated next to the small rail station. First impressions are not favourable. The outside is in need of tidying up. Weeds in plant pots. The owner is a friendly man and speaks English. The waitress was very friendly. The room had a lovely view of the valley. Toilet cistern was empty but had a tap to turn on. A towel had been placed on the floor to catch the drips of the tap as it dripped unless you turned it back off. The room was a reasonable size and clean. The pool was a nice size. The hotel has stars, but in the reality they do not have the quality of star hotels. The rooms are small. The breakfast is very poor. There is not enough bread and the biscuits are dry. There is needed to ask more time...bread for having a normal breakfast. For the dinner they do not offer the menu for the children. The portion of the main dish is very small, absolutely not ár-érték arány. And the drunk waitress was not really agreable when you want to have a good dinner after a long day and being hungry.

Amazing quality. From the excellent paté to the best tarte à la tome around, everything is made in-house. Trouts are fished from the holding pond in the morning, so always fresh. I have strong misgivings about restaurants of the region in general, and a lot of meh experiences, so I hesitated to visit that one, but I was blown away. I liked it so much I came back the following week with my parents. Excellent travail, continuez!

Nous y sommes allés grâce à l'application. Quand nous sommes arrivés devant l'établissement, nous avons cru qu'il était fermé. La façade et les abords ne donnent pas forcément envie. De même, l'intérieur aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Par contre, je dois dire que le repas était excellent, nous avons très bien mangé. Le service était aussi impeccable, merci au serveur.

we were just 10 persons in the restaurant , but the poor waitress was also for the receprion of the hotel , for the bar and she had to press !! so it was very long... the food is correct but no more

Maybe we were the last guest at the end of a mountainous day, but our experience was very average. the dining room was pleasant, the waitress efficient, but eating was not unforgettable.

Quiet and comfortable hotel. Simple, very welcoming. Good catering. Taking care of the customers. Good value for money.
