I love Avignon, it’s such a beautiful town with so much to see. And with so many restaurants to eat in. But sometimes you want a light breakfast or a small snack and you don’t want to make a big deal of it or pay a fortune. Just some honest, decent food that you can enjoy and be one your way without having emptied your wallet. If this is what you are looking for, you’ve found it. Freshly made tarts, quiches and specialities to choose from, but beware; they seem popular and sell out. The place a has an informal atmosphere and bags of rustic character. I went there twice. living in Avignon, we fell by chance on this new bakery. And what a surprise! very nice decor, the managers are super warm and sell with love their products. They are even listening to customer requests or their opinions: Top.Their leaven bread is very good, we will return regularly!

here everything is authentic from smile to taste, passing by the desire to enjoy and share. everything is tasty; the classics of bella ciao to the little news of the day. and then at random, you may fall on a little jam with friends!

One thing I will tell you. When I remember my visit to Avignon, except from the beautiful city which I adored a lot and all the touristic attractions, I also remember this Utopian boulangerie. That's all.
