Bella Napoli Pizzeria Catering

First time here. We had an early dinner reservation so it wasn't crowded, although it was completely filled by the time we left. Reservations recommended. Service was friendly and fast. Price seemed a little high (a glass of wine for $16) but the food and atmosphere were very good. The menu had many choices and we enjoyed the Pacheri (seafood over pasta), a Romaine salad (nice presentation), and veal bolognese. The lemon brûlée was okay, but was disappointed that it was more a pudding than a custard. We will definitely go here again.

Our experience, more sedate crowds early in the week. Saturday night was just too boisterous for us, although it did quiet down by dessert. Speaking of desserts, somewhat of a weak point, although you can't go wrong with an affogato. Appetizers, pastas and mains are all cooked expertly. Service is friendly, pleasant, but not entirely professional. Solid wine choices, although you will pay dearly for the better ones. From our perspective, the best restaurant in the greater Springfield area.

We ordered food last night. Order was wrong, called the restaurant, a person called Melissa told us she was the owner, rude person, did not want to hear us, I didn’t want anything, just to let them know what happened. She hung up on us a couple of times. No problem, just never ordering again from this place. Good luck!

Annabelle was outstanding! She remained ahead on every possible ask or refill or anything we could've wanted. Other staff members served us as if it was their table and their customer. Owner Jerry makes every effort to greet his guests and this night was no exception. A+ rating all around,

Excellent dinner experience. Meals were very good, and service was timely and attentive. Temperature of meals was excellent, hot and obviously just plated prior to arriving at our table. Skillet Rigatoni was excellent. Ribeye very good as well. Overall, an excellent visit.

perfect dinner last night at b Napoli, with friends. food, drinks, wine and service were all top notch. there's a reason this is our favorite local restaurant it's on par with the best restaurants you would find in major metropolitan areas.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The food was some of the best we've had anywhere in a long time and the portions were perfect. Tom was attentive and his recommendations were spot on. We'll be back again...and again.

Our second visit. While we still enjoyed the food, we were disappointed by the service. We had a nine year old with us. Every course was very slow to arrive, but importantly staff should know to serve children first not last.

Our entire experience was perfect. The octopus and prosciutto date appetizers were delicious and all of our main dishes were outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for great food and service.

We love B Napoli. Decided to go there to have my anniversary dinner there and it was great. Kammy was very attentive and outstanding with the service provided. Will definitely be going back.
