Bella Sera Trattoria

When my wife and I first came here during the pandemic, we fell in love. The food is exceptional, the service warm and friendly, and the atmosphere very family-oriented. We have tried just about every dish they have and thus far we have not come across one that is below exceptional. My wife enjoys the Frutti Di Mare with a La Crisi salad, while I enjoy their Chicken Marsala with a Caesar salad. We highly recommend these dishes! For dessert, we recommend the Tiramisu! I wish they would bring back their delicious brownie and chocolate chip cookie dessert. That was my favorite. Overall, if you want an excellent meal and friendly service, add Bella Sera to your list of restaurants to visit!

Hands down the best Trattoria in Monrovia!! Ordered some type of holiday apple martini and a Pear Ginger Snap specialty drinks, which are seasonal. They were tasty. Thank you to Sarah, who's the master mind of the drinks. We ordered the carbonara, shrimp alfredo, and also prime rib steak medium rare. My plate came with garlic mash potatoes covered with portobello mushrooms. My eyes rolled to the back of my head when I tasted that combo. I heard locals talking saying that everything they've ordered off this menu has never been disappointed. So next time I come, I will be ordering the cioppino as well as the bacon wrapped dates.

I visited Bella Sera for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The bread was warm and flavorful, the wait staff was friendly and professional, and the pasta was fresh and light. I ordered the White Wine Shrimp Pasta and it was delicious. They even surprised me with a delightful tiramisu for my birthday, which was just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes the next time I visit this area.

This restaurant is a great choice for a meal after a movie. When we arrived with a group of 9, we had to wait 10-15 minutes before being seated, as they only had the option of two round tables placed next to each other. The food was generally good, although the chicken in the salad was a bit dry. The sandwiches and pasta were tasty though! I was initially hesitant because there were only a few photos of the same dishes, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food at this restaurant. Visiting this place is a great choice, as the portion sizes and prices are perfect. I will definitely be returning for more.

Bella Sera is an amazing Italian restaurant . Service was excellent and the food is a step above. I recommend the Crab Cakes and while the pasta and pizza dishes are the go to in an Italian restaurant, the Braised Beef is the gem on this menu.

The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating my friend's engagement with his fiancée. Everyone in our party agreed that the food was amazing! My chicken Parmigiana was especially delicious.

Was here for a reception for a funeral. The food was good and the staff was extremely polite and tired to stay on top of keeping food coming out.
