I wanted to look at the menu to plan my next order, but I couldn’t find one. I believe Missy could enhance her professionalism; she needs to work on delivering a more pleasant greeting when taking phone orders and should be more knowledgeable about the menu items, especially since there wasn't one available at the time. You never know who is on the other end of the call—I could be a secret shopper! Megan delivered our sandwiches, and she was as sweet as apple cake!
