Today, I encountered a problem with my order. I always request my grinder without vegetables due to personal preference. When I arrived, I had to wait for the worker at the front counter to finish texting before she could take my order— not the best start, to say the least. When I placed my order, I clearly stated, "just meat, cheese, and mayo, no lettuce or tomato" (exactly as I said).
After about 10 minutes, I received my order, but it was incorrect. I informed another woman who was assisting other customers, and she kindly went to resolve the issue for me. However, the original worker then approached me and insisted that I was mistaken and had not mentioned wanting no lettuce or tomato....
Placed an in store order, 40 minutes later no food. First manager claimed he served us our food at our table then went in back to ask, they literally never even made the food. I left in a rage didn't even ask for my $15 back. Franchise or corporate store doesn't matter this is unacceptable and absurd. Me and my daughter were excited to try this place, never again! no matter the location.
I don't often give 5 star reviews but bellacinos selection, quality, and consistency makes it a weekly stop for lunch. I have not tried the pizza here but the grinders are done to perfection. Italian, pizza grinder, are my top 2, but if looking to switch it up, they have a great variety to choose from.
I had Stopped in yesterday on my lunch break. It’s a small owned business, Prices are really solid. The staff was extremely nice. Service was quick, and the food honestly surprised me with how good it was. I highly recommend the deserts! But really anything Is good and really reasonably priced

Very tasty... I got the club grinder meal and it was good value. Just tell the employee that smokes not to smoke in the parking lot with the door propped. Some customers are like me and think that is gross. Not the best thing to see when you first pull up.
I was costing the internet trying to find a good sandwich and came across this and had to try it. I like to eat big and save money. I had a half a chicago steak grinder and half a pizza grinder and it was exactly what I needed.
Everything was delicious! I highly recommend the Chicago Steak grinder, but honestly, any of their sandwiches will satisfy you. You’re sure to enjoy your meal!
Amazing customer service from Ray. Very hospitable and some great cooks in the back. 10/10
