Run into this place by accident. That was one delicious accident I must say. Ordered spaghetti/meatballs and some grilled veggies and gnocchi.The spaghetti sauce was full of flavor and fresh. Could tell the people here cares about their food and wants to leave a good impression.Asked how to reheat spaghetti after getting home and the nice gentleman gave me some extra sauce to help keep meatballs moist.A great option if you are looking for fresh made food with incredible flavor and not deep fried over salten food found at every corner of city these days.

The lasagna was very good and the portion double what's usually given. There was a different container but more importantly a sticker telling me how to reheat it even though it was already hot. I thought they just mixed the and cold containers. Or was this purchased at Metro? I don't accept the later. That's why I didn't give 5 stars because this resteraunt serves awesome food, and everything is done properly.

Amazing food amazing service , love those meatball subs boys , that with a drink to wash it down is a perfect combo on a nice sunny lunch break !!!!!Kid-friendliness: It's a family owned business and it shows , they treat your family as if it was there's, they stop to talk about everything with you and show compassion in everything , they are amazing for a night out on the town with the family

This is the best AUTHENTIC macchiato I’ve ever had in Canada. After the first sip, I found myself whispering, “oh, that’s good.” The Italian sandwich featured the freshest bread and ingredients. It competes with Frank's, but in my opinion, Bella's has better bread and perhaps even better ingredients. I’m really happy to have discovered this new grab-and-go lunch spot—what a hidden gem! I have been on an a mission to find the best sandwich in Ottawa, and right now this..is..it. The prosciutto sandwich destroyed my previous gold standard (a little sandwich shop in Little Italy that you've likely heard of). The bread here is absolutely sublime, light, and delicious. Proportions and flavours of ingredients are flawless. This is the one to beat!!!

If I could rate this place a 6 out of 5, I absolutely would! The staff were incredibly kind and generous. The food was outstanding, easily a 10 out of 10! Everything about this place radiated warmth and hospitality. I will definitely be returning!

One of my favourite Italian takeout places since we moved here a year ago. Delicious food, some of the friendliest and most cheerful depositions I've ever seen from food service staff. I'd go there every day if I could!
