locally makes a good and well maintained impression. is good that they can watch the kitchen, how to eat. service is in order and eating looks good. personally, I had unfortunately bad luck with "fejoada traditionally in brazil stew with beans and pork" for 17.50 €. I could not identify chorizo or metric or speck. it was over almost unpaid green cabbage with black beans that could not offer positive surprises tastefully. the few small pieces, possibly 30g, could have been omitted. Too bad if you had done more.
Ich hatte die Hirschroulade. Diese war sehr hart, eher krispi. Keine Ahnung ob das so sein soll, hat nicht geschmeckt. Gewürzt war es gar nicht, auch hier weiß ich nicht ob das so sein soll. Jedenfalls ist es nichts wofür ich 26€ nochmal zahlen würde. Daher würde ich da auch nicht mehr hingehen.
The service of the two boys, very high praise. Every little thing was noticed without being intrusive. But the chef is a great movie. So many dishes all alone, with passion and love... it's crazy. The food is a pleasure for body, eyes and soul. We'll be back. C and A Dec.2024
Waren jetzt zum 2.Mal hier und haben wieder sehr gut gegessen. Die Ochsenbäckchen waren Spitze. Gute Weine. Netter Service. Lediglich beim Nachtisch ist noch Luft nach oben. Wir kommen wieder.
