Ich hatte Hähnchenbrust mit Bratkartoffeln und mediteranem Gemüse bestellt. Für den Preis hätte ich echt etwas Besseres erwartet. Vom Geschmack ganz zu schweigen, die Bratkartoffeln waren verbrannte Kartoffelkrumen, also Kartoffelscheiben waren da nicht zu sehen. Das vermeintliche mediterane Gemüse, ganz ehrlich, musste ich auf meinem Teller suchen. Zwei Paprikastreifen und zwei Champis, mediteranes Gemüse schmeckt anders. Lediglich die Hähnchenbrust war zart. Ich kann das Bistro leider nicht empfehlen, da das Essen sehr nachgelassen hat. Preise erhöhen und in Qualität nachlassen, geht gar nicht. Zwei Punkte für das Personal, es war sehr freundlich.
Wir sind eigentlich immer im Brau und Bistro, wenn wir in Cottbus sind. Diesmal leider total enttäuschend! Lokal war recht leer und 4 Servicemitarbeiter im Dienst. Leider haben wir sehr lange auf unsere Getränke gewartet. 2 Bier und ein Cocktail sollte man eigentlich nicht 15 Minuten drauf warten. Angestellte standen hinter der Theke und quatschten oder waren mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Das macht kein schönes Bild. Essen war sehr schnell auf dem Tisch. Während des Essens waren unsere Gläser leider leer. Wir hätten sicher jeder noch 2 Getränke bestellt. Sehr, sehr schade und schlecht fürs Geschäft.
Ein Restaurant, welches länger (bis 01:00 Uhr) geöffnet hat. Rustikale Einrichtung auf zwei Ebenen. Bodenständige Küche (hatte Meerretich-Schnitzel) und leckeres Bier. Die Cocktails haben wir nicht getestet. Nettes, flinkes Personal. Auf jeden Fall ein Restaurant zum wohlfühlen und wieder kommen.
the atmosphere is very pleasant, especially when Germany is involved in football. even if they lose, the camaraderie felt inside the brew bistro, coupled with very good meal times, it makes a great meal, though not the cheapest.

The staff is verz nice and friendly, the food is great (one of the best ducks that i have ever eaten) and prices are not bad. Inside might be a little too hot.
we had a big lunch in the brew and bistro in cottbus. unfortunately the local natural wine was not available. So we took a giant who was good.
With three others we enjoyed a range of fish, chicken and steak. Food great, staff friendly and drinks selection broad.

Sat outside in the sunny square enjoying weissbeir and a spreewald plate of bread and fish .lovely. .recommend it.
