We visit the Bellisimo Gelato at Hillary's Harbour on a regular basis. Whats not good about ICE CREAM when you have two kids and a big kid in the family : Bellisimo is in a geat position on the boardwalk overlooking the harbour with plenty of shade and seating to enjoy whilst scoffing your ice creams. The variety of absolutely YUMMY looking flavours is too much for my kids,, they simply can't decide what to have. One scoop, two scoop, cone or cup? Sprinkles? Bubble Gum, Freckles Speckles (which was JAMMED PACKED FULL of smarties, honey comb and sorbets for a dairy free option. Out of the three main players serving ice cream on the boardwalk this is my go-to place. I find 'Ben and Jerry's' and 'Cold Rock' a bit of a flavour failure at the harbour, with 'Bellisimo Gelato' offering some difference and variation in their flavours over time. (yes, I have visited the boardwalk for decades) Children may love the other vendors with their selections of added ingredients (at a cost to Parents) smashed into or drizzled over what they have ordered, but for me it's the taste of the original article that I appreciate. I have been coming here for years. It's always busy and you can see why. There is a wide selection of flavours, both traditional and non traditional. I love that they always mix up their non traditional flavours. Tried the pancake and maple syrup one which actually tasted like it! Love their pistachio, caramelised fig, tiramisu and coffee flavours. Will keep coming back for more!

The proprietors happy to charge $6.50 for a scoop of Gelato, this is not that problematic but since they accept 'CASH' only, they have installed a massive ATM machine which charges $2.50 per transaction instead of having a little EFTPOS or Credit card payment facility.
$9 for a scoop isn't a joke! Please avoid this cash scam!

Worst service from the young girl's that work here I've experienced. No smiles no hello no thanks they look miserable and look at you like your a inconvenience. No professionalism what so ever.
As for the gelato it is ok not the best I've had but because of the service I will not return. Very disappointing.
I was extremely disappointed with the service i received the 2 girls at the counter were rude and had sour looks on their face, then my 10cents change was thrown at me not happy jan

Hands down the best gelato I have had in Perth! We always have to have an ice cream stop here when we come to the marina.
