**Pasta Problem:** The homemade pasta, which is advertised as fresh, resembles cheap instant noodles, like those from Nissin that cost less than $1. If the restaurant can't make decent pasta from scratch, they should consider sourcing a better quality option from the local supermarket. **Menu Concerns:** The La Nostra Bolognese sauce is disappointing. This is one of the simplest and most traditional sauces to make at any Italian establishment, and I can only imagine that any Italian diner would find it inedible and demand a refund. The Ragu di Gamberi was just as bad, being excessively oily, flavorless, and overwhelmed by black pepper. The Burrata appetizer was a letdown on multiple count...

We weren't lucky as we got a table outside. Smell coming from the parking lot, so the overall experience was ruined.Messy table and service as they lack personnel (kudos to those serving tonight taking all the job on them).Great sashimi in a pea broth.Amazing pizza. The pasta dish and prawns were more Mexican style than Italian. Pasta itself of very good quality.Overall the raw materials are outstanding. We'll try again as I am sure that they can offer a way better experience than the one we had tonight. All the best to the Bello Team.

What a charming place in a not so charming shopping center. This place deserves five stars for its service, food, and ambiance. The service is spot on. We were greeted and waited on by the owner who is from Lake Como and is dedicated to his job. Very outgoing, friendly, and honest. The other wait staff seemed very approachable and helpful when interacting with other customers. The food is absolutely delicious. You can tell the chefs care about their work by the taste of Reserva una mesa ahora

I discovered Bello during a work event, but since then have been back three times. It is the best and most authentic Italian food Ive had in the US and comparable and maybe even better than some of the best in Italy. The Tagliolini with Truffles is absolutely fantastic. My wife loves the Lemoncello and wants to go back to Capri after she has one. Even my son who is an extremely picky eater really enjoyed the Margherita Pizza and Burrata and bread. Truly a treat.

As for the food, the salad was just a standard Caesar salad, which was a letdown. I typically look forward to trying the anchovy dressing at Italian restaurants, but this one didn't have the flavor I was hoping for. The market crudo topped with pomegranate seeds was enjoyable. However, we were disappointed with the pasta; we ordered the daily special, cacio e pepe, and it did not meet our expectations.

The service here is excellent, but the food falls short. The portions are tiny—so small that you’ll leave feeling hungry. If you have any food allergies, you might as well forget it; they won't accommodate your dietary preferences. It’s more like "take it or leave it." I won’t be returning. The octopus dish looked like a disgusting piece of spoiled seafood, and the presentation was awful.

Stop reading and just come.Parking lot is packed, and it’s in an unusual center but the Wagyu Ribeye, Truffle Pizza and Panna Cota have all something to have you amped up for. Not just seasoned well, has layers of flavor that just make your mouth water.Decor is beautiful, and the ambience is not loud, but enough to enjoy a special night without yelling. Incredible, old world Italian service. They really took it up a notch because it was my birthday and made me a beautiful dessert. Would recommend coming here with a group! The pizzas are divine.
