Today's experience was definitely deserving of a 5-star review. As someone with celiac disease, I'm always cautious about what I order and really appreciate it when staff members understand my concerns. Fortunately, Kacey assisted me today, and she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and patient. I even witnessed her providing excellent service to another customer before me. It felt great to leave knowing I had received such outstanding customer service. The ice cream was delicious, but the amazing service made it all the more worthwhile, both in terms of calories and cost.
This flagship B&G store has been a cherished staple for years. They offer more than 20 unique flavors of ice cream, available in cups or cones, as well as shakes, sorbet, and sundaes. The ice cream here has that authentic B&G flavor. Although the shop is small, it has a lovely charm, featuring a few tables and chairs inside. Outside, there are benches and umbrellas, and the area is beautifully adorned with colorful ground designs, along with plants and trees. It's a fantastic place to relax with family and friends while savoring delicious ice cream together.
Ben & Jerry's is an excellent spot with plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for hanging out with friends. We had a delightful visit. The only downside was that they didn’t have the pineapple passion fruit flavor I was hoping for. At first, I was hesitant to order because they said they weren't making shakes, but fortunately, someone who could make them came out, so we were able to place our order after all. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant if you have allergies. The staff does not seem to be attentive to issues of cross-contamination and provides misleading information about their food. I ordered a lemonade sorbet that had a noticeable red color, and they assured me it was simply berry sorbet. Unfortunately, it turned out to be Cherry Garcia, which resulted in a serious allergic reaction for me.

I cannot recommend this restaurant for anyone with food allergies. The staff seems indifferent to cross-contamination and doesn't pay close attention to the dishes they serve. I ordered a lemonade sorbet, and while they assured me it was only mixed berry, it turned out to be Cherry Garcia, which caused a serious allergic reaction for me.
I had an average experience during my visit. The staff could definitely use more help, as the place was overcrowded, and I can imagine it getting even busier in the summer. I would give it a rating of 4.2 overall. However, the ice cream was fantastic—definitely a 5 out of 5!
The flavors are fantastic, as always! Ben and Jerry's never disappoints me. The only downside was that they were out of their coffee fudge dairy-free ice cream. However, I'm sure it will be back soon!
I absolutely love the ice cream and the variety of choices available. The staff is very friendly too. They offer outdoor seating for pleasant weather, as well as indoor seating for those other times.

I always enjoy my visits here! The patio is lovely, perfect for soaking up the day. I also discovered that their hot fudge isn’t gluten-free, but their New York Super Fudge Chunk is!
The order was incomplete; I only got half of what I had requested.
