When I explained what was wrong, a kind employee said he didn't know how to help and would get the manager for further assistance. Suddenly, I found myself speaking with an extremely rude young woman on the phone. She insisted that she remembered packing my order and even claimed she specifically recalled putting two brownies and two cookies in the bag—should that have made me feel important? I tried to explain that I didn’t want the food anymore, but she was so loud and aggressive that my mom could hear her from across the room. I didn't get the name of the woman I talked to, but she was so kind and helpful when I called food allergies for a birthday party where my child would participate. She answered all my questions and I felt pretty good about the allergy-free conditions she described. Then she went on and offered to make a cupcake version of the cake for my child to make sure it was safe for her to eat! She was so nice and understanding, I can't say it enough!

Ben & Jerry's was a great spot! They have plenty of outdoor seating, which was perfect for my friends and me. We really enjoyed our time there. The only downside was that they didn’t have pineapple sorbet available, and I was nearly discouraged from ordering anything because they initially said they couldn't make shakes. Fortunately, someone came out who knew how to make them, so we were able to place our orders after all.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you have food allergies. The staff seems indifferent to cross-contamination and doesn't pay attention to what they're serving. I ordered a lemonade sorbet and they assured me it was just a mixed berry sorbet, but it turned out to be Cherry Garcia, which caused me a serious allergic reaction. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great place to spend a stylish and tasty dessert period. I loved her flavors. A small suggestion would be to revise some flavors such as mango and cake batteries that attracted them some dislike among my friends. Be assured, highly recommended.

The aromas were incredible, as always! Ben and Jerry never disappoint. The only downside was that the free ice cream was from their coffee fudge milk. But I'm sure it will be available again soon!

It is always a delight to come here! They have a lovely patio to sit and enjoy the day. I also found out their hot fudge is not gluten free but their new york super fudge chunk is!!!
