El Gallo Mexican Cuisine

After moving from Arizona over three years ago, I have been searching for a place that could get me my fix of quality Mexican cuisine. This is that place. A comfortable and pristinely clean place. Quality food and ingredients. Attentive service. And the best molé I have had in my life. We found this place on a whim and we are so glad that we did. The Puebla burrito had the mole sauce and the dish was perfectly prepared. The enchilada Suizas was delicious and I would have greedily ate more if I could. So delicious. Lastly the steak burrito bowl was flavorful and well prepared. We finished it all with dessert of churros and tres leches cake. A great way to end a wonderful meal. We are so looking forward to a return visit with our friends, and turn other people onto this gem.
