I had an unsatisfactory experience at this Ben & Jerry's. My partner and I went there on the Fourth of July and received no greeting upon arrival. We noticed several employees engaged in conversation with each other instead of assisting customers. One employee took more than five minutes to acknowledge us and appeared irritated that we interrupted them. He only processed one of our orders at first and took a considerable amount of time to address the second one, all while continuing to chat with his colleagues. Ultimately, he got our final order wrong despite us clearly stating our preferences. Overall, the customer service at this location was quite disappointing.
