I've been wanting to try this diner for a while. It's in an odd place. Between the highway. I finally convinced my husband and we went last weekend. Parking was a bit hard due to all the trucks. I was looking for a local diner after just pulling into the area and found Bendix on Yelp. My boyfriend and I stopped by on a Sunday at 10:30 a.m. expecting a lively brunch atmosphere, but to our surprise, it was pretty empty. Honestly, they would have been better off picking up a package from Trader Joe's and making them at home. The Taylor ham had an odd, stale taste that didn’t sit well with me. So we stopped by here by chance and I have no regrets whatsoever!!!! This place is amazing and the staff are super friendly. The food was sooo delicious and filling. Portions are very generous and it comes out fast.John (the server/owner? is fantastic.Would highly recommend stopping by to enjoy some good food and company!
After a grueling 30 hours at Newark Airport, this place was such a delicious find. A short trip down the remembrance trail brought me here; I had visited before when I transported horses back to the Meadowlands. I really love this spot, especially since they've filmed scenes from one of my favorite '90s shows here!
Burger was very good , but the place itself is very very vintage and dirty. Was there today 6/11/22 and I couldn't believe that this place looks like this. Duct tape on all the seats.1 toilet in each bathroom with a hole in the floor , floors not moped. Will never go again.
the captain told me you had to eat in this diner. So we stayed by and what a pleasant surprise! the personal is funny and amazing. eating was delicious and enough for two meals. excellent work! I am definitiw back.

This place is not open 24/7 like Yelp indicates. Showed up at 11pm and they were closed. There were some employees by the door who did not know Yelp says 24/7.
