We waited an hour for delivery on a Wednesday evening, but... well... it's school holidays and all that, maybe they were busier than usual. Curry was hot and packed with meat, no complaints there, generous portions, tasty and well presented. Everything seemed good, as usual..... until we opened the onion bhajis. They were absolutely cremated, black inedible, the bag they were in was as light as a feather as all the moisture had been cooked out of them they resembled black, crunchy bits of charcoal, they hadn't even held together and should never have been sent out like that. This is a regular place for us to get takeaways and we are usually very happy with our order and I recommend it to lots of my friends. However tonight my husband asked me where I would like to go and eat for my birthday and I chose to get a takeaway from here. We picked up our order which was late as they thought we had ordered a meal for one in fact we had ordered a meal for two. When we got it home it was the wrong order. I phoned up to let them know and I had someone who couldn't answer my query. Phoned a second time half an hour later and had the worst customer service ever. I order a delivery to my home in neath for one person min order £12 I said not to worry I'll pay the £12 as my order was only £9 not a problem I thought then they said it is another £1 on top for delivery the cheek anyway after waiting over 60 mins for my food it was then in my hands.....the food was stone cold so much so I had to put it in the micro so never again would I order a take away delivery or even go there avoid at all costs
After a busy working day and hubby doing DIY we thoroughly enjoyed a very tasty piping hot takeaway. Thank you Bengal bites . This little Indian take away is a real hidden gem. I wouldn't order food from anywhere else. Authentic Indian food at an excellent price. Set meal deals are fabulous. Vegetarian and vegan available on request. Also fast delivery. Staff are helpful and always friendly.
