I was looking forward to a relaxing birthday, so instead of cooking, I decided to order from Bengal Fox. When ordering through UberEats, some restaurants handle their own delivery, which means you cannot track the driver. In this situation, you have to rely on what they tell you. I placed my order at 5:15pm and was informed that the latest delivery time would be 5:55pm. When I called at 5:55pm, I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. No problem, it was still early. We waited and called again at 6:10pm, 15 minutes later, and were told to wait another 10 minutes. After receiving our delivery order, we noticed that several items were missing. When we called the restaurant to address the issue, we received no apology, which was disappointing. This negative experience could have been improved with a simple apology and a gesture of goodwill. In addition to the poor customer service, the food was only mediocre and arrived cold. We recommend trying The Chequers in Fordham instead.

I went to this restaurant for a work lunch and found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The curry was delicious and full of flavor, served with fluffy rice and crispy poppadums. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The only area that could use some improvement are the benches outside, as they appeared to be worn and in need of repair.

This was actually for a delivery on line The food is always good. Direct on line to order wouldn't allow delivery so had to go by Just eat £3.95 extra for the same item . Excellent evening meal. Two types of chicken Jalfrezi , a chicken dish with coconut and a lamb dish. An exemplary Nan bread. One of the best curries we have had for a long time!
