Best Lamb curry ever. I have eaten “Indian” meals sine 1964 in London and Birmingham. Used this restaurant under its previous ownerhip but this experience was extraordinary. My dining companions .enjoyed their meals and commented favourably on the helpful service and advice.. One was a satisfied vegetarian.Good value for money. Will certainly return.
I gave this place a review a year ago but having just been back, I feel compelled to review it again because I think it might actually have got even better! Unbelievably great food, and a warm welcome to boot. We both enjoyed our meal so much, it definitely takes the title of best Indian restaurant in Oxfordshire, for us. So, so good.
Earl evening dinner. Sat at table 11 with window searing . Staff were very polite abd helpful. The house wines are excellent. We had popadoms with pickles , samosas and the keema and Chops with nann. Flavours great, service prompt and seamless Will return , highly recommended. Captain Neil

Fantastic night out with friends. Fabulous food and attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Vegetarians and prawn lovers were more than catered for in the extensive menu. Highly recommend for a night out or night in as their takeaway is fabulous too.
We found the food here excellent with great friendly service from the owner and his son. My husband had lamb madras and the meat was delicious and so tender, I thoroughly enjoyed my vegetable biryani. We will definitely return when next in the area.
We had another delicious meal at Bengal Spice tonight. The freshly cooked poppadoms and Peshwari Naan were especially tasty. Naz and Maheer always greet us warmly and with a smile.
