that's my third visit. it just went from okay to bad. I had a reservation for 20:45. he sat at 21:05 o'clock. the server lasted another 15 minutes to view the table. Drinks arrived 30 minutes later. a few left our table when drinks arrived, as their drinks were not brought along. my wine was also absent from the first round of drinks. my man drinking was given the wrong person, and it was that man and his wife at this point after the wrong drink was removed and the right person was given. our water was simply not on the ball. Do not ask for additional salat dressing among others request from the table. at the end of the evening we all waited for the waiter to come back. 11:45 clock and wait to order our desserts that come with the meal. soou long. a three-hour fiasko. we tried to eat while cleaning takes place everywhere. nasty and terrible atmosphere at this point. midnight we left the building. note: eating is excellent, but not worth the terrible service.

Why ask, when making reservations online, if our visit will be a special occasion if it isn't acknowledged in the restaurant or by server? This has happened for both of our last two visits. We were hesitant to go for last night's dinner but we went anyway and the birthday was not acknowledged. Everything else is great, the food, service, ambience And yes, I could easily mention the birthday at the restaurant, but it's frustrating when I'm asked if we're celebrating and then nothing happens.

Went for my daughter’s birthday. Reservation was for 7:15pm. Got seated at 7:30pm. Got served soup and salad, but our cook didn’t start until 8:15pm (1 hour after reservation time). We did not get finished until 9:30pm. Took a lot longer than usual. The cook was entertaining and the server was great. Wish the restaurant workers had a break area instead of hanging outside by the front door or in the parking lot. Not a good look for the restaurant.

Typical of what is going on right now in the industry understaffed and what staff they have are not well trained and overwhelmed.
