Bennigan's - Reserva de mesa

I recently visited Bennigans for the first time in nearly a decade, and it was quite disappointing. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by how dirty the place was, with filthy floors. The staff seemed to struggle with English, which made the experience more frustrating. The menu was sticky and had an unpleasant odor, and I was disappointed to find that none of my favorite dishes from the past were available. I turned to my date and expressed my concerns, ultimately deciding to fake an emergency just to leave without dealing with any potential issues from the staff about our decision. During our nearly week-long stay at the Red Roof Inn next door, we found ourselves dining here almost daily. It was a more convenient option than dealing with Miami traffic. However, I was disappointed to discover that the bar didn’t carry Jack Daniel’s or ginger ale. When I requested tonic water, I received club soda instead. On one occasion, I ordered a Cobb Salad, but it was far from what I expected. Overall, the food was average, and the service was acceptable.

I've been to other Bennigan's before and it was always terrific. I stopped here on my first night in Miami and was it ever a BIG mistake. The food was just barely okay and the service was horrible. I was expected to eat my dinner with a plastic knife and fork because the silverware was all being washed and wrapped and this was at dinner time AND there were only a few other customers in the place GEE I wonder why???

My mother and I dined there this past Friday night. The food was delicious, and the service was impressive, with multiple staff members checking in on us to ensure everything was alright. This demonstrated their strong teamwork. We even noticed the manager assisting the staff and cleaning tables, which is a rarity these days. I called 3 times to ask for a dinner to be picked up. I was on hold for about 15 minutes, after I hang up and called again. They said I had to talk to the bartender.
