Last weekend, we ordered a huge selection of meats for a party, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. One friend was hesitant about coming, so I tempted him by saying, "I’ve ordered a table full of Ben's BBQ..." To which he replied, "Well, in that case, I’ll see you at noon!"
Definitely pre-order online if you can! If you can't, get there early—you won't regret it. Make sure to try the brisket (order extra because you'll love it even more than you expect) and get a few pounds of pulled pork. Order more than you need so you can use the leftovers for your favorite Southern comfort dishes (my husband loves my Brisket Baked Macaroni made with Ben's!).

The best BBQ this side of the Mississippi. Make sure you time your visit correctly. He’s open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and sells out quickly because it’s THAT good. I’d suggest getting there when it opens for the most options. I’ve never arrived at opening time, but I’ve managed to try enough to know it’s delicious. If you’re not picky, arriving later (within 1-2 hours of opening) is okay too. The owner is a super nice guy and greets everyone who visits his BBQ shack like they’re long-lost friends. Ben's BBQ Shack is an essential stop for anyone seeking some of the best BBQ around. Ben and his wife make everyone feel welcome, treating every guest like a friend waiting to be met. We make it a point to stop here every time we're in Westfield, but be sure to order in advance because their food sells out fast. Once you try it, you'll see why! We've already placed our order for pickup this Saturday—I can’t wait! By the way, the smoked turkey is incredible! I can’t believe it took us so long to finally try Ben’s after passing by every day, but it has quickly become our go-to lunch spot. The brisket and pulled pork rival the best Texas BBQ places we’ve visited, and Ben is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. We were disappointed we couldn’t place a pickup order in advance, but we decided to take a chance on walk-up (since he often sells out within an hour). Fortunately, he had plenty available! He mentioned that he’s making more each day to keep up with the walk-up demand, which was great to hear! Without a doubt, it’s the best barbecue in the area!

We absolutely LOVE the BBQ at Ben's! You should really consider trying a bit of everything because everything is delicious! We visited for lunch, and the price per person was around $10–20. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also a solid 5. The atmosphere got a top rating of 5 as well! I highly recommend the Pulled Pork, BBQ Brisket, Baked Beans, Ribs, and the Big Game Bundle. Don’t miss out on the Buttermilk Pie and Turkey Breast either!
Fantastic new spot at Westfield! I recently tried the Smoked Pork Belly Sandwich, which isn't something you come across often on BBQ menus, and it was delicious. Ben was incredibly friendly, coming out to greet and thank customers for their support. It’s clear he’s already built a following, as I saw a line of people eagerly waiting, which explains the appeal of ordering ahead. I’ll definitely return to try the classic Brisket and Ribs, which I’ve heard wonderful things about!

This is the best barbecue restaurant I've ever visited! They really pay attention to detail, and the seasoning is outstanding! Ben is a fantastic guy; you can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and his service is incredible!

The best ribs I've ever had! Their hours are quite limited, they only offer outdoor seating, and they tend to run out of food very quickly. So, be sure to arrive early, order some ribs, and prepare to be blown away.
