The Erlenbacher Hütte Or the Erlenbach cabin is a restaurant/hotel located at the end of a narrow road winding its way up the black forest mountains. Through lush forests and vast fields with kettle. You exit the forests to an absolutely stunning view, the dale stretching in front of you with cold mists and emerald pine trees. There, you'll find this cozy little place, and if you are looking for something a little different and comfy, this is the place for you. Many friends of our family visit there regularly, just for the restaurant. They have an extremely short menu, but get everything they can locally and freshly. A wonderful place, too romantic and classic. Cows with cow bells can be eaten directly under the terrace on the delicious and lush food. The meat has super quality, the salad is fresh and even our vegetarian accompaniment was easy for a wide selection! Absolutely recommended for a day trip... from sun protection in spring it should be! The service was top and patient listening to all the questions with nine people and answered them.

Unfortunately, thanks to Corona closed. But there is still the possibility to calm down on a tree trunk. A delicious and cool drink is available. With cattle drink, paired with a very nice view, you can keep it well. For drinks there is a small amount of money.

Great food, very friendly staff and a beautiful location, surrounded by cow pastures and the Black Forest. The stop perfectly rounded off the hike with my girlfriend. I can also recommend the bloodroot schnapps. Happy to come back! Location: 5

We were here for the first time today in the Erlenbacher Hütte. It was great. Nice hosts, delicious food and for normal money. We like to come back and hopefully we have some sun in our luggage. The view is phenomenal!
