End of afternoon January 17 we order two excellent pieces of cake (CHF 6 or 7 each) 2 coffees (CHF 4.50 each) 2 glasses of tap water. We were charged 2 x CHF 2 for the glasses of tap water. Seems to me...a little abusive. Everywhere else in Europe, and even in Switzerland great cities, you can have a free glass of tap water if you order a coffee.
This is a wonderful restaurant! We live here in Saas Fee and we often go to nia for lunch . The salad and seafood buffet are excellent and the creme schinitte is gourmet! Kurt and all his staff and very friendly and professional , Outstanding...value for first class food!.
Shockingly overpriced even for a Swiss mountain restaurant which can only be described as a filthy canteen. Staff are nice and helpful. In the ist two days Chef and cooks though have been seen by us not washing hands after using the toilet..... we left!

shockingly overpriced also for a Swiss mountain restaurant, which can only be called dirty kantine. the staff is nice and helpful. in the two days cook and cook were seen by us not to wash the hands after the toilet. we're gone!
nia is a good meeting point when on the mountain, serving a good variety of food. I enjoyed watching the pizza maker tossing and spinning the bases! It's best to avoid 12:30 to 1:30', as it gets really busy.
Nothing special,in terms of the food but the views are stunning and worth the effort of getting there. Coffee will cost around 4.90 swiss francs but where can you drink coffee with a view like that?
