I ordered a 10inch lemon drizzle cake for my wife's birthday party last weekend. There were easily 40-50 portions. Sarah adapted the decoration to fit what I wanted and it looked fabulous. Sorry no pic cos we've eaten it all!!! The cake tasted absolutely delicious, it was moist, light and had a lovely zingy lemon zest flavour. It went down a treat many of our guests said they'd no idea it was gluten free. I'd definitely recommend Berkson Bakes and look forward to trying more bakes in future! Thanks very much Sarah. I was looking for some special sweet treats to have with colleagues in the office, so placed an order for vegan tiffin and choc chip hazelnut blondie. They were both absolutely delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. The fact they were gluten free and vegan was a real bonus.
