My experience at the restaurant was great, but I just had a frustrating encounter. After finishing a training session nearby, I went to my usual spot. Unfortunately, the woman working there had poor time management; it took her half an hour to prepare two bowls. Additionally, she seemed unfamiliar with the menu and didn’t speak English well. When I asked her about the dragon fruit base, she struggled to understand and just stared at the menu trying to figure it out. The woman who prepared my bowl and welcomed me in was so incredibly sweet and friendly ! I have to give customer service a 5 star. Regrettably I rated this 3 star because my acai had a freezer taste to it, I had chunks of frozen acai that took a while to melt down before I could consume and my bowl was only filled halfway? I don?t mind paying the price for quality ingredients but only 1/4th of my bowl was actual acai and the rest was toppings. Probably wouldn?t order again
Owner almost killed us driving erratically down forth street license plate “BRY BOSS” then pulled in to this business. Ran us off the road merging into us (45 mph) from a stop. He then flicked us off and started break checking us, tailgating us, following us. Wouldn’t support a business who’s owner reflects this kind of attitude. Anyways, try not to kill anyone, and good luck with your totally original açaí shop. Killer concept do-uche bag.
Don’t order through GrubHub for a carry out orders. There are 3-4 iPads that were sitting on the counter turned off that I’m assuming are for online orders. After trying to get the issue resolved for 15 minutes and showing the staff member the receipts it wasn’t worth the hassle. Would not recommend and will not go back.

STOKED this is in my neighborhood. Cute and simple interior. Bright colors and chill vibe. Owner was VERY nice and affable and easy to chat with. Food looked and tasted amazing. Clean tasting and felt great after finishing my meal. Love the bar where you can order and eat. Will be back for sure!
Eat an açaí bowl, so I had to look at the new Berry Boss location! They just pulled a door down from where they used to be. I also have the Nutella Toast. Absolutely delicious! Your staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'm definitely back.
Very good smoothie, woman was very friendly and accommodating. While I'm no nutrition expert I can tell this is much more natural and healthy then the chain smoothie brands. I'll be back
We stopped here for breakfast while on our honeymoon and the girl in there was SO incredibly sweet. The fruit in our acai bowls were just amazing. Loved every minute of this experience!

I love Berry Boss Açaí! The base is not made with strawberries, which I’m allergic to, so I can enjoy these bowls no problem. The fruit is fresh and perfect to kick-start my day! ?
