After making a reservation on OpenTable because there were 7 of us, we arrived and they seemed surprised that we were there. The host, who I am not sure if he was the manager, never welcomed us but just looked at us and we were not even sure if he worked there-that's how awkward it was. After being seated, we ordered drinks, which took over 15 minutes to be served. We ordered food and it was nice that they asked if we wanted to be served all at the same time but I think this caused a problem with the food because the chicken wings weren't warm, the salad was wilted, and the tortellini was toasted on the bottom of the dish making it hard to eat. I took my mother there for Italian eating that was running the years was quite reliable with menu options, worth quality of food. this visit was terrible disappointing at almost every level and we will not return. we both ordered the auberginen parmesan a side caesar salad. the eggplant parm was covered with a scanned amount of marinara sauce and flooded on the dish. unfortunately it was undercooked, hard to cut through rubber. we both fought to eat a few bites, took the left to the house, hoping to revive the aubergine. the lower line is the beverly Bertucci’s was 3/4 empty at 7 o’clock on a Saturday night, atmosphere felt like jateryear depressing, and service was choppy. we regret our cho...

there was no hostess and only a waitress for a busy Saturday night. I had made a reservation before our show in the theater for a party of five including 3 children. a kerl clearly not a waiter member, or a host said too bad, he said sitting opportunity. only come first serve first. long story short, we have one table when I had no idea where I should go and I had the kids. the service was very slow. just a waitress. it was not a pleasant experience. eating was cold and not very good. I don't blame the waitress at all. she did her best, but was overwhelmed. we gave her 20%, but that's it. I had avoided this facility because of personal problems.

Showed up to check in and waited several minutes. When finally addressed by a clearly annoyed man we explained that we had a reservation and he became even more disgruntled telling us that they don’t take reservations and he’d get back to us. Several minutes later a server came and sat us at a table. One server for the entire restaurant as far as we could tell. He did his best, but we then watched our food sit waiting to be picked up and brought to the table for quite some time. Also, once it was brought out we never saw him again until the check was delivered.

I highly recommend SoBol Beverly for their amazing acai bowls! The fruit is fresh and delicious, and the shop is clean with friendly staff. I love that they are willing to customize the bowl to my taste (no bananas) and that it is gluten-free. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I am sad, reasons: 1) I do not want to give bad reviews during this terrible time for restaurants. 2) my dinner is sucked. positiw: kurbside was fast and easy.

two stars, because the pizza and the rolls are still very good, even if they have to wait forever to get them. unfortunately it takes longer.

it's always closed now. but we really enjoyed john and will not see him. Hopefully he ends at another place, we'd travel for him.

Badly understaffed on the service end but the staff that was on more than made up for the shortage...Handled it with grace!!
