Bertucci's Braintree

First time I have been in a while to Braintree location. Looked like we got there after lunch rush not to many people there. Had to wait for someone to acknowledge us to get seated. Took a long time for waitress only two on floor)to come over for our order. We ordered drinks and a pizza. Pizza arrived barely warm it must of been sitting up on counter for a while. I understand there were only to waiters on floor but why couldn’t some from kitchen help by bringing it over to us when it came out of oven? I didn’t want to complain to waitress so we ate some of it.

Slow, awful experience. The restaurant was not busy but it took so long for the food to come. When we asked the server who delivered the food for things (napkins, Parmesan cheese for pizza) she informed us she was line staff and to ask our server to let you know she was the manager on duty since she sat our party. Our server was also the bartender and he never came back I had to go to him for boxes for leftovers and the bill. Service has truly gone downhill at this location and the staff are rude.

The last time I went to Bertucci’s was for my goddaughter christening and that was 4 years ago. This recent visit did not disappoint. Our Waitress Jayna was so sweet and attentive and the food was DELICIOUS!! Here’s everything we ordered: Brick Oven-Baked Tuscan Chicken Wings Twice-Baked Brick Oven Honey Chili Chicken Wings Rigatoni alla Vodka with Crispy Pepperoni Chicken Piccata

Best to Ask the Waitress to NOT have them burn the Pizza? That way it won't come to you Blackened in several spots! I would've given Five Stars had our Pizzas NOT been Burnt!

This restaurant has gone down hill. I ordered soup. Ice cold. I had to bring it to the counter waitress never came back. My chicken wings. Not cooked....

Manager was super great with a group of 11 for a 12 year olds birthday! Best service! Extremely nice and pizza was great!
