Waitress came over to take our drink order. How much was fine brought us bread and to dirty plates? Mention the plates to our waitress and told the store manager. Store manager was very apologetic. And said that he would Compass our appetizer. Which was fine. However, the plates they brought us for a appetizer. We're dirty as well. Dirty, as I said, you could see residual oil and they blamed it on the dishwasher. Pizza was undercooked. Didn't want to send it back because it just turned out to be a poor. Dining experience. Hi de Bertucci's all the time. However, this was the worst experience I've ever had. .
Even with the reservation no one seated us for about minutes. So many employees staring at us from the kitchen but not one assisted us. Finally the kid behind the register told us a manager would seat us after I questioned why w so many employees working no one would recognize our party of Waiter was decent. Food was cold. If it werenât for my kids, I would never go back.
How this place has fallen...We ate outdoors...Asked for menu said we had to use phone to see..Not possible for us so they gave us a menu which they later said was not for lunch on weekends...Tried to get them to check us in thru our FB but they said they didn't know how..Food was mediocre at best...wow has this place fallen apart.
My first restaurant-restriction experience. The food was good, but a little overpriced. The wait staff only had two servers and the restaurant was at near capacity with restrictions. All employees wore masks. Restaurant couldâve been cleaner.

First time here and we totally enjoyed it! Pam was such a delight! Great service, good food, and fantastic ambience. We will totally come back. Please try the Shirmp Rossini if you do stop by, you'll thank me..haha Parking: N/A
Food was terrible. The fettuccini was all stuck together. The salad had seen better days. The rolls were good. Definitely not like the old days of going there. Quality has definitely taken a hit.
the service was world-class, however the alfredo pasta and pizza with broccoli and chicken, pasta sauce was a bit too watery and pizza was sweet for some weird reason
One dinner order was misplaced on route to the kitchen, causing a minute delay in delivery. No compensation for our patience was offered.

Out of four people, two said their meal was okay. Mine came cold. Took forever to get boxes for two people to bring left overs home.
Pam was our server she was amazing very friendly! The food was great as well.
