I went to Norwood Bertucci for lunch and had an incredible experience. The service was amazing and the food was also. The server and the manager (Lori) was also very sweet and attentive. I will definitely be back again.

took for me 10 minutes to be attended ,while the restaurant was no busy just few tables. When I got home I discovered my pizzas are burnt ,taste bad and my Mac and cheese is very dry, I spend 85$ for nothing Reserva una mesa ahora
i went to this location and needed help with a carryout order and lori, i believe her name was, was so helpful! so sweet and so accommodating. i got that vibe from everyone there!
the service was world-class, however the alfredo pasta and pizza with broccoli and chicken, pasta sauce was a bit too watery and pizza was sweet for some weird reason
Felt unsafe while I was in the environment staff members was not nice and felt as somthing was going to happen while I was waiting for my food .
