Bertucci's Plymouth

My SO declared, This is the best Bertucci 's we 've been to. The pizzas were cooked to perfection with a crisp crust. The Caesar salad was crunchy with a zesty, creamy dressing. We all agreed Isaiah was an excellent server. He brought warm rolls, olive oil, and butter immediately and the kids dug right in. He was patient while the family decided among the many toppings. We finally chose mushroom, eggplant, and artichokes on one and a combination of Sporkie and meatball on the other. The girls were impressed that Isaiah carried both large pizzas at the same time. He checked back several times to see if we needed more rolls, water, or napkins. Eating out with three young children can be unpred...

I chose Bertucci's Italian Restaurant, Plymouth, MA because I like a draught beer when I go out to eat. What beer you like is, quite literally, a matter of taste. Bertucci's had four on draught. Bud light, Sam's Hazy, Sam's Cold Snap, and Blue Moon. In my book, none of these are real beers. I can't give you a treatise on what real beers are, but none of these are. A regular Sam's would have been enough to keep me happy. So, I turned to bottled beers in desperation. Fat Tire Amber Ale (still not quite a real beer, but not bad) in the store liquor $2.50, in the restaurant $7. Nope. At least the water was good. I would say that prices in general here are on the high-side for what you get.

$15 for 3 fried flat mozzarella sticks, also know as Fritters. $20 for a chicken Ceasar salad. $10 for garlic knots, which are dough balls, and $4 cheaper at Domino 's. And a $10 slice of Tiramasa. What a waste of money. $83 at Bertuccis will cost you $33 at Domino 's and the quality is the same. Pretty sure this prepackaged food is from the same supplier. Don 't get hustled and save your money from these crappy kitchen crooks. I took photos but can 't upload.

Food was awesome! Fast and hot. Service was great. Only negative was the bar was never cleaned up after prior customers. I was there for an hour and next to me was someone else's paid bill on one side and on the other side was was an unfinished meal. If there was a manager on duty, they were no where and should have assisted their staff. Appearance is everythin! Reserva una mesa ahora

First time at this Bertucci's and had a very positive experience. Ordered a couple of pizzas, and both came out really good. What stood out for me was the fantastic customer service we received. Place seemed short staffed but our waitress didn't miss a beat while practically covering the entire restaurant by herself. Would definitely return.

You will notice its not busy at all. The reason; pretty disgusting. The food seems old, shriveled up. And just gross. We order chicken wings which were closer in size to the parking lot pigeons and taste about the same. See pic. The pizzA is thin and tasteless Better off going next door to taco bell

This Bertuccis has gone through ups and downs but recently has new management and the place is hopping. The manager Suzette is visibly around, stopping at tables, clearing tables helping everywhere. Pizza was excellent. The staff were excellent. Give it a try. It was great service and food.

No fault to this location Pizza is decent, but super expensive unless it's a Tuesday.
