Beryl's Pepper Pot

If I could give less that a single star for customer service this place would be getting it. Absolutely the worst. How do you continue to run a business with that type of service being given to every customer. If you don't like you job that leave it. The food is one of the worst I've tasted and not the first time from them. I didn't want to go back but a friend wanted to try the ox tail. There was little to no gravy even after asking for extra gravy. it was all bones and no meat. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. I definitely don't recommend this place

Can't recommend: Value isn't therePickup via Chowhound. I got the large jerk chicken entree $14) while my wife got a small oxtail $15).The chicken tasted like a 7/10 and sat on a thick layer of rice. No veggies as depicted on website. Another chicken piece would have made it a decent deal.The small oxtail was a rip-off. Her takeout container was half the size of mine, so the price doesn't align with the amount of food.The coleslaw included for both meals was possibly spoiled.Scotty Bons is a much better alternative.

Honestly, this place fell off. I went and I got a j chicken dinner.It’s definitely not worth it. Chicken doesn’t even look cooked properly. I don’t know what kind of j chicken this is? The girl at the front has zero personality, and such an attitude.I definitely will not be visiting this place again! Such a waste of money.??????

Came for lunch. The food was very underwhelming. Chicken dried out, rice was dry. There wasn't enough gravy to compensate for the overall dryness. The coleslaw was decent. Its far to pricey for the quality of food. The young lady at the cash was polite.Food: 2/5

Their food is always delicious. The are consistent in delivering tasty delicious food. When I'm home visiting family, I must go to Beryl's food good authentic Jamaica ?? cuisine.
