Tried Beshock Ramen in Carlsbad oh my yum! Seaweed salad, garlic edamame, and Tan Tan ramen. I have to talk about the ramen first. The flavor of the broth was so rich and creamy. The spice was subtle but definitely notable without leaving a fiery burn. The toppings and noodles simply enhanced the flavor of the broth and over all experience of the variety of flavor packed into one small dish. I felt so satisfied and nourished after our meal. Food was exceptionally good. Little pricey, but the food definitely is quality, staff is absolutely amazing and fun to be around. There is a 18% surcharge as a tip for parties over 6 which i wish we had known beforehand due to it being rather steep, but we may have just missed that on the menu when looking. The Sake is pretty good and def worth exploring another day but again the prices are a bit on the higher end so just be ready for that. The pork buns are out of this world!

We occasionally get takeout from Beshock. The ramen is ready by the time we get there. Easy in and out. The place seems to be popular. We like the ramen here. Much closer than driving down to Convoy.Parking: Old carlsbad mall parking lot. The east end has been remodeled and is very popular now. The west end where sears is seems closed down. Came out on a Thursday night, not very busy. Waitress was nice and recommended their staff favorite the Black Ramen. It was very tasty just lacked the spicyness. I asked for the chilli oil but that still didn't kick it up a notch. They serve local beer, which was plus.

The gyoza was excellent and clearly seemed to be homemade. The ramen was well-packaged, with the noodles and broth kept separate. The broth was rich in flavor, the toppings were fresh, and the noodles had a delightful chewiness.

Best Ramen. Seriously worth the price. I LOVE BESHOCK!!!The Grub Hub driver doesn't understand contactless delivery and wanted to pound on my door and windows while screaming he was there.
