Used to be way better before they changed their menu. All of my favorite things are gone. They had the same staff for a while, when originally opened, which were great. New staff, not so much. They seem to mess up my order every time lately. I miss the old byrd..I called one day and spoke to the manager to let them know they messed up my to go order. He said he would pass along the feedback...Chicfilet would have at least invited me back for a sandwich on them. The quality isn't any better than chic filet now so I'm having a hard time deciding if I even want to go back. It was so good before. I hope this feedback helps get the restaurant back to the quality that your regular customers miss....
edit because how are you guys gonna forget the only 2 ingredients that go on this sandwich the last FOUR times i ordered it even after my original review and then take it off your menu?? honestly feels like a personal attack man.i love this place a ton and the people are awesome so i’m still giving 5 stars but please stop forgetting to put the goat cheese and pepper jelly on the side for the cheesy chick when i order for pickup, this is the 3rd time i’ve been high as hell and only craving this just to get home and it be chicken on a bun ? love u guys pls don’t make me sad again

Better Byrd use to be one of my favorite gluten free places to eat, until last night. They use sandwich that was amazing, cheesy chick, and as a side, fried cheese curds! After trying to order them from Uber eats last night, I found out they removed both of them from their menu. I called the restaurant and was sadden to find out they revamped their menu and many items removed. Please reconsider bringing these 2 one of a kind dishes.

This restaurant used to be amazing, but it’s been a while since my last visit, and I noticed that many of the excellent menu items are no longer offered. The Brussels sprouts with honey Sriracha were outstanding, and the grilled chicken wrap with goat cheese and candied jalapeño jam was among the best dishes I’ve ever had. I'm really disappointed that neither of these options is available anymore.
Baked chicken tacos have quickly become my favorite Tuesday tradition. While I do miss the pineapple salsa, the guacamole sauce has more than compensated for it, and the range of toppings is excellent. The food is not only fast and tasty, but the staff is also incredibly friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place! A perfect 10/10!
I liked the novel idea of queso and fries on a chicken sandwich (I went specifically to try it). It was alright, but not in the list of best chicken sandwiches I’ve had. It is a fun space though, and people can order from a couple different concepts. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating when I went.
