One star for friendly service but I haven't won anything here in about four years. The place is terrible to play at. I keep thinking that I should win one day right? Wrong. Not at Betty's. Haven't seen myself up more than 20 bucks at this place in four years. Four years of losing. So much fun.
slots are okay. but robin, the night works very rude. if your mask is still slightly moving, it is right in your face that yells at you; it gives the customer terrible vibes. I was in there last couple times because she worked. I do not recommend going when she works.
Excellent customer service came here at 7pm Tuesday,Best part they are open till 1 AM everyday.The hostesses was super friendly. I give her 5 stars. I will definitely will be coming back to this location.

They are open till 1 am.I really enjoy coming here. Friendly staff who actually know how to treat people well. I was here Tuesday night and the hostess was amazing. Plus I had a great night and won.
Serious customer service! the women who work nights are very rude and not polite! she left my chair wet when she disinfected the machine. had no luck and had terrible vibes.
