I'm going to break this review into two parts. Part one will be a description of the excellent customer service I received when I contacted them to check my table for a lost earning. Part two will cover our outstanding service and meal. Hopefully this makes it easier for you to skip to the information you're looking for. Decided to stop in here for dinner with the family. Overall, we had a great experience, minus the service (but let me explain). Our server in particular was not that great. He looked overly stressed, annoyed, passive, etc... however all of theother servers around that we saw were the complete opposite, so as my wife says, we received the dud for the serverlol. We are at Biaggi’s Maple Grove last night. Our waitress was an absolute QUEEN. I wish we remembered her name, we left her an excellent tip. Food wasn’t my favorite but it definitely was far from awful. I got the salmon Shrimp Risotto. Shrimps weredelicious. I got the cucumber martini. Definitely lots of cucumbers in it, not a very strong drink though! Prices are reasonableeverything was less than $25 a dish, except for 1-2 dishes. Not sure if we’d be back because of location (we live farthernorth) but definitely a solid place for Italian cuisine.
It was good. But far from great. The Bolognese pasta had quite a bit of grease in it. Kind of surprised me for what it is. Bread was great if you love salt on your bread. Had a great sized gluten free menu. But if you’re planning on coming for your birthday, don’t. You basically get a smile and a congratulations you made it around the sun another year. No slice of cheesecake or anything. Pretty disappointing for the price of the restaurant. Prices are definitely up there, but the quality is not. Might be the first and last time I come here.

Biaggi's never disappoints. First time I had their cod fillet stuffed with crab and it was simply delicious. Started things off with a Mimosa and very large house salad with bread. My guest had ravioli which she said was excellent. Ended the evening with a piece of their tasty lemon infused cheesecake topped with very large cherries. Wait staff was friendly and offered a number of recommendations off the menu which was helpful. Will return soon for another visit.
Excellent place! The food is amazing and we had amazing service. I can see why the chicken apologize does so well, and you will have to also get yourself the fig and apple bruschetta. I did have the tiramisu at the end for dessert and I’m pretty much finished it even though I was stuffed! We sat outside, it was a beautiful day! Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. Trader Joe’s is next-door. Even better! If you’re in the area, go check it out.
One of very good Italian places around Maple Grove area. We have been there couple times and it’s always a great experience. Wide range of menu options and amazing desserts. Reservations are highly recommended otherwise your wait time could be anywhere between 30-45 mins on a busy day. Especially weekends!
Have eaten here several times. Great cocktail menu. We had Bacon Wrapped Dates as an appetizer and would definitely recommend it. Their dinner menu has a lot of variety. The service is always great. Tonight, Jacob was our server. He was very attentive and personable. Excellent service.
