BIBIMIX is a fast casual Korean spot with cute decor and K pop music videos playing on the TV screens and through the speakers. It's very hip and trendy. Traditional Bibimbab Bowl with Chicken (4/5) I don't think the flavor profile has as much depth as the bibimbap from a more authentic restaurant like you would find in Annandale, but it wasn't bad for a fast casual spot. The order itself also came with soup and 3 sides which was pretty awesome. Bang for your buck!Bulgogi Kimbap (4/5) These were huge, but I wish there was more meat vs rice. The flavor was okay, I don't think the veggies were pickled as well as other places.Kimchi Pancake (5/5) I really liked this, the crust was crispy and the dippy sauce was perfect with it.There seemed to be a new server working and she was easily confused or tripped up while we were ordering. She was a bit confused with how to input our orders on her iPad and almost charged us for double proteins (even though none of us ordered double protein). Luckily, a man who I assume is the manager came over to correct it. It looked like she was still learning the system, and wasn't a big deal.Overall, we had a fun experience at BIBIMIX and may come back if we were in the area and craving Korean food.

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon and got the entire place to myself. Ordering was super easy and the food came out hot, fast and delicious. It's always really hard to find cheese tteokbokki in the dmv but dear gracious am i glad i found them! I usually like mine a little spicier, but I'm sure if i had asked the employees would have accommodated me. Also grabbed a side of kimchi. That was super good as well.

Fast casual, cheap, good service, and healthy options with lots of veggies. The staff is very friendly, the ambiance is nice and authentic modern Asian (TV's with k-pop, etc. . I often have the Bibimix and make my own bowl.It is awesome if you need to grab something quick on a weeknight when you have some work that evening, or before some other event. I have never been disappointed.

Can't express how disappointing experience I had at this place.I pick a bowl to go.Not just the amount of food the kale was 3 leaves, corn was a joke, And don't get me started with the rice for the price this place charge. You can get 3 times more food at MEZE and cheaper. The worst part the avocado was going bad. Who does that serve food like that.

The hostess was very sweet. My food though was not as expected. Needed more seasoning.
