I really wanted to try this place because I've been wanting tofu soup for a while. I ordered their tofu soup and their sweet and spicy chicken (boneless). The tofu soup I opted to get with seafood and it was great! However, it wasn't spicy enough and I think that some spice would've really sufficed. The chicken was perfect! Three of us went to this place for the first time on 10/29/22. The manager Jae /probably name would be wrong/ had very angry looking to us and other customers. He felt like it does not matter whether you dine-in or not. Because he said we do not have table now. He did not offer like if you can wait you could be seated. You can definitely get a quick and convenient Korean food fix from BIBIMIX! It's not what I would consider the most authentic Korean food but it definitely hits the spot when you have street food cravings. The kimbap was yummy and the chicken was a surprising win! Some of the wings were more pink than I was comfortable with but the skin was crispy and flavorful. The kimchi pancake was a bit thick but it was chewy and spicy. Overall, I wish they had a few more authentic options since I think they would sell significantly more food.
I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon and had the whole place to myself. The ordering process was very easy and the food came out quickly and was delicious. It can be difficult to find cheese tteokbokki in the area, but I was so happy to have found it here. I prefer my dish to be a bit spicier, but I'm sure if I had asked, the staff would have made it to my preference. I also ordered a side of kimchi, which was also very tasty.

I cannot adequately convey how disappointed I was with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a bowl to-go and was shocked by the small portions - there were only 3 leaves of kale, a minimal amount of corn, and the rice was not worth the high price. For the same cost, you could get three times as much food at MEZE. To make matters worse, the avocado was starting to go bad. Serving food in such poor condition is unacceptable.
Fast casual, cheap, good service, and healthy options with lots of veggies. The staff is very friendly, the ambiance is nice and authentic modern Asian (TV's with k-pop, etc. . I often have the Bibimix and make my own bowl.It is awesome if you need to grab something quick on a weeknight when you have some work that evening, or before some other event. I have never been disappointed.
There was a minor issue with a new server who seemed confused while taking orders, but a manager quickly resolved the situation. Despite this small hiccup, overall the experience at BIBIMIX was enjoyable and the reviewer would consider returning for Korean food in the future.
I got the spicy chicken Korean bowl. I ordered there and my takeout was cold and tasteless. Portion sizes were decent but not worth it with how bad the food was. Could just be an unlucky day but I would not recommend.Food: 1/5

Was smiling with anticipation! i enjoyed the bowl very much! Not too heavy and great Kimchi! very nice hostess! second time trying Miso Soup and it was very good! Thank you for being kind! I'll be back again!
