I went with family to celebrate birthdays and after waiting an hour and a half they didn’t even bring out everyone’s food. Seems someone forgot to put in the rest of the order and we hardly saw our waitress so we couldn’t even get drink refills or ask where the rest of the food was. We came about an hour before the establishment closed and my personal experience is that most closing shifts are not that great because I used to be one. We basically had to beg for our waitress multiple times, someone had to get their own to-go tray twice and they charge a gratuity fee (a fee implemented by restaurants so they don't have to pay their employees more) that they don't tell you about when they first serve you. When one of our friends left there was no one up front for her to pay and eventually she left and we paid for her after she was standing for about 5 minutes. I can't comment on the food because I never got to taste any. I called ahead to inform the manager that our large party of 14 would be arriving at 4 PM. We were seated and ordered drinks and pretzels at 5 PM, but still hadn't received the pretzels. We had placed our pizza order at 4:30 and again at 5 PM, yet there was still no sign of the pizza. The restaurant wasn't even crowded. My wife and I had to leave with our special needs granddaughter, while the rest of the family remained behind. Unfortunately, everything was disorganized. It's disappointing because we were trying to celebrate my son and daughter's birthdays.
We adore this location! We celebrated my best friend's 40th birthday there last weekend, and the service was outstanding. They managed our large group flawlessly, without a single mistake! I highly recommend this place to everyone! I've come across some reviews mentioning long wait times, but it's important to understand that they use fresh ingredients, which can take longer than establishments that don't prioritize quality. It's definitely worth the wait, and I can confidently say that in all the times I've visited, they've never made an error with my orders!

The food was really good, probably the best pizza we've ever had, but the service was extremely slow and almost nonexistent. We waited almost 1 1/2 hours for 1 pizza, and it was wrong, missing toppings it was supposed to have; we were afraid to complain, didnt want to wait another hour or more for the correct pizza. Our waitress never bothered to check on us or bring refills. I'm not sure if we will return, the bad service and long wait cancel out the good food.
Ordered ahead and our pizza wasn't ready when we got there so we had a few drinks at the bar. The guy with long hair and tattoos was our bartender and he was pretty cool. Chatted about music for a while. Great service. It seemed like it took forever for our pizza to come out but the drinks and conversation helped. One of the managers seemed a little rude but they were busy so I'm sure he's not like that all the time. We will be back.
I placed an online order at 4:27 PM and was informed it would be ready in 30 minutes. An hour later, I'm still waiting. I understand it's Saturday afternoon, but with a dozen staff members on hand, it seems like they're moving in slow motion and aren’t very engaged in serving customers. I should have just gone with Domino's. This experience definitely isn't worth the trouble.
Had high hopes for the place but after the experience won’t be coming back. From walking in and trying to get seated.. to the food taking 40 min to come out and pizza coming out undercooked. The staff itself looked like they hate the place themselves with how they carry themselves. For the cherry on top they had no ranch just ruined my whole meal.

We waited 40 minutes and still no food . They couldn't even get our salads out in that length of time. It was after 2 pm so the place was empty . No excuse for this kind of poor service!!! We got up and left without getting our food. Stay away!!!
Don’t know how long I gotta sit there for the bartender to ask if I need a drink…. Moved to be in her view got looked at and she just went right back to her receipt. Don’t come during the day. Took 20 mins just for her to ask what I wanted…
