Today, four of us dined at Bilbos in The Weapon and it was fantastic. Three of us enjoyed the fried jerk chicken with a salad box, flatbread, and hummus, while my partner had the large jerk chicken pack which was very filling. The spice level was just right, not too hot. The portion sizes were generous and the salad box had fresh, beautiful ingredients. We would definitely return to this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, featuring fantastic combinations of jerk with other subtle flavors. Be sure to try the Korean jerk fried chicken bites if they are still on the menu. The restaurant itself is simple, but the service was quick and the portion sizes left me feeling completely satisfied and even a bit tired. A must-visit spot when in the area.
Excellent. We had a fallafel salad and a vegan salad and a couple of coffees. Food was lovely. Service was friendly. Ceiling lights are a bit low. My partner walked into them. Very pleased with our lunch stop. Would recommend.

By far one of the best eatery’s in Bristol, great value and amazing food. Be patient tho the food takes time to cook but is well worth the wait. P.s try all the side dishes too!
Wow, the dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic. As a vegan woman, I was pleasantly surprised by the meaty options available. The staff was friendly and attentive.
