However, when 3 people order starters and mains and the mains come out before the starters, it didn’t start well. I fancied a solo lunch out. It was my birthday on a wet, cold, dark Monday, so a bowl of ramen was in order. The ramen was exactly as hoped well flavoured and steaming hot. The staff were friendly and attentive, without disturbing my peace. I have food allergies (gluten, milk) and these were managed confidently and without leaving me feeling uncomfortable. Some restaurants give you a huge table of all of the ingredients in each dish and leave you to it (I tend to walk out when this happens), but here the server had the information on a tablet and helped me to find something suitable. Came in for date night on Friday and specifically asked staff and manager for gluten free menu as I have celiac disease and I can’t eat foods containing gluten. Consequences of accidentally eating food I’m intolerant to causes me numerous health issues for 2 weeks. My Main came and I took a bite of it and realised it wasn’t the one I ordered. Got my one i was supposed to have eventually. Then ordered a dessert and they got that one wrong too ! What a nightmare. Awful service, so busy herding people in they forgot about bothering to look after the customers they already had. My family had all received their food and I was sat watching whilst they ate. Mine arrived well after they had finished and we were late for an event following which ruined what should have been a lovely evening

I don't like eating at chain places, had never visited a wagamama. so I was really impressed by our visit-so much that we were back days later. the staff was friendly helpful, the food was delicious. my man is vegan the choice was really good. will definitely visit again xx
the people who worked there were so nice to us and gave us a few free meals. eating was absolutely amazing and I would go there at any meal if I could

One of our favourite places to eat. Big fan of the chicken katsu curry and the duck gyoza. Would visit more often if we lived closer.
