This cozy, quiet restaurant was about half full at 6 pm on a recent Saturday night. Service was prompt and courteous but unfortunately the food was undistinguished. The tasty bread was served with oil olive and a rather dull accompaniment of mixed spices and nuts (dukka). The Crispy Brussel Sprouts starter turned out to be a very large portion of deep-fried sprouts with a dipping sauce that wasn't spicy as advertised but rather tasted like tartar sauce without the pickles. And the main course pan roasted haddock was lost on top of mashed cauliflower, topped with sauteed corn and tomato. I couldn't tell the fish from the mash below. Too bad about the food, because the atmosphere is great and it's so convenient for the theater.
