I was convened twice during our last stay in bidart here. in the first night we had a long wait time, as it was very busy and there was only one cook. the second time just wait a minute as it was cooked to order in a...fire pizza oven. we had the pizzas of raclette and savoyarde and both were delicious with lots of cheese and meat. the pizzas are hot from the often come often with burned bits and ash on the bottom but it adds everything to a unique taste. they are also often too big for the boxes and exaggerated! there are tables they can wait or eat their pizza and it also sells alcohol wein and beer. we will be in bidart next time!
