I have to go to the restaurant. You said it was waiting for an hour. We went to O’henry and took a coffee to cool only while we were waiting. I downloaded Yelp to see the waiting time live. I've been watching it almost all the time. We were 17. I had somehow missed a message that our table was ready for 14 minutes. We didn't leave for 20 minutes. Before you notify me that my table was ready for text (and you have 3 min to your table that you should know before time). Nevertheless, I had nothing to do with it and a man waiting for the rest of the party let us go because they could not find our name at all (because we did not claim our table in 3 minutes). That's all right. We come to the restaurant and order. Our waitress seemed a little cold, but no worries. I asked about the Big Bag breakfast, a pancake, the side of the engraving and the shrimp handy with Andouille sauce for my 4 years old. I was loaded with the Yard Work (Skillet with Veggies) I didn't really notice it first, but he hardly touched it because it was a veggie omelet with avocado (I ordered shrimp because that's what he likes and he likes avocado he is 4). I know I didn't order the court work. I grabbed our boxes to go and explained that I got the wrong product and we would take it though he didn't like it and that's not what we wanted. She said, “My mistake I thought you had said the yard work,” but she didn’t really offer to change it in any way, although I’m sure what I ordered. We were ready to eat and she brought our ticket. No one came a while to get the card, so we went forward to pay where we were told we were paying at our table. We were able to pay on the front, and when paying and leaving a tip I noticed that we paid for the wrong order, which was twice the cost of our order. It was quickly able to be refunded by the manager who was very polite throughout the entire experience. The food was good. Both skill was great, the Veggie was a fantastic for an adult, not so much for picky children. Waitress should be a little more present. Maybe she had something in her head, but there were many moments in which attention and stay present would have made our experience a little better. To the people who treat sitting and waiting times, maybe let first know that it can be an hour, but the times are variable and in any case that you only have a few minutes to maintain the table, and that will be mandatory to keep your seat. Cooks food was fantastic and served fast. Manager-friendly and beautiful all the time, even if not interact with us. The plant was clean and my little boy likes the toy on the wall. I enjoyed the pictures. We will return. Next time I will be sure to be very clear about our order and change my 4-star rating on 5 stars based on a better experience. This was still a good experience, because I don't care that mistakes happen. Only constructive feedback for growth.
