I have been regularly going here recently (past couple of months) and would not recommend this place to anyone for the following reasons: 1) There have been many instances when they have messed up my order. My most recent order was too much salty that I could not eat. This has happened before as well. These days, there's not much rush at this place because students are out on summer holidays and still the staff can't take care of what they are responsible for. I've been visiting this location for quite some time and I really enjoy their breakfast items—they're delicious! However, the wait can be frustrating. To address this, I decided to download the Panera app for rapid pick-up, thinking it would solve my issues. Unfortunately, during my last two visits, my order was either not ready or incomplete when I arrived at the scheduled time. The purpose of this service is to save time and make things more convenient, but it's not working as intended. Please fix this, Panera!
This Panera is usually accurate in their orders and is fairly efficient, given the large population of students that they are serving. Historically, customer service has been decent, but I have recently encountered a couple workers who were snappy at best and outright rude at worst. It has been disappointing to see the quality of service go down over the past few months. I hope that this is taken into consideration and the workers are retrained on how to treat customers.
A group from our church ordered box lunches to be delivered to our tour bus, and I'm pleased to say that our driver did an excellent job getting the lunches to us despite a huge parade causing heavy traffic on the surrounding streets. She was incredibly helpful and even offered assistance with the setup. A huge thank you to her! The box lunches were delicious and precisely as we had ordered. I asked for my salad to be remade politely, but the girl at the register laughed in my face. When she relayed my request to the kitchen staff and the manager, they also laughed at me. They neglected to provide utensils and got my order wrong. Despite treating the staff with respect, I found them to be quite disrespectful.
Don't prepare food the way it should be prepared. They don't listen to customers order and just not good overall. The Summit Panera bread is the best in town. Will be traveling there instead.
Closed 25 minutes early knowing college students don’t have anywhere else to go eat on campus. Ridiculous. Would’ve given a zero but that’s not possible!
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I ordered chicken, but it was undercooked, which led to food poisoning. I wouldn't recommend it.

I actually work here and I love my job. The food is fantastic! Unfortunately, we will be temporarily closing on April 30, 2021.
It would be helpful to mention that only students are allowed to dine here.
