great discovery in dedham! the hot chocolate and mocha were high quality and tasteful without being syrup sweet. the menu looks good. next time I will return to lunch and they will not charge extra for gluten-free, which is the way to my heart. the owner was a bit gruff, but she really knows her stuff and had a nice chat with my mom. she built a great facility. pleasant personal, nice atmosphere, central location, good interior and exterior seats. it was great.
I absolutely love this restaurant and believe it deserves a full five stars. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback: I would love to make this my go-to spot, but the incredibly slow internet prevents me from doing so. I work from home most days and would love to do my work here, as it is the perfect neighborhood spot. Unfortunately, due to the slow internet, I have had to take my business elsewhere.
I found everything I tried at this restaurant to be delicious! The food and drinks were both affordable and of high quality. The owner, Donna, is very welcoming. I always make sure to stop by when I'm in town.

Big Bear Cafe is a coffee and culinary haven! Their coffee is exceptional, sandwiches diverse, and bakery heavenly. The friendly staff adds to the charm. Highly recommended!
