Called day before and asked for a reservation. They said they don't make reservations before the time, but they are efficient to not worry. Thank God our friend went on Saturday 2-3 hours before and in our name. I was there at 8:00 and the Lane was not ready yet. It was 45 minutes waiting. Finally, our track and not even get through 2 games bowling with 5 bowlers before our time ran. It was $24 per person to bowl. I asked for an extension to finish our 2nd game and was told no because there was a waiting list. They also ran out of beer and the bathrooms were dirty without toilet paper. Skip this place. There are other places to bowls that are much cheaper and also funny. This place is overpriced, NOT EFFICIENT as they claim, and not worth the effort. Edit: Manager got me an email and apologized for the problems I described. Hopefully the next experience will be better.
My friends and I visited Kings to celebrate one friend 's 7th Birthday on 02/29, and we had a fantastic time. Kristen helped to coordinate the event with us on relatively short notice and with tons of patience while being 100% on board with doing a kid 's birthday for a fully grown adult, just for the sake of some extra fun. When we arrived, they made the process very simple, and we got right into having our fun. Our server was Luis, who kept up with us all night and made sure we were squared away. And when a drink got spilled, he was already cleaning it up before I 'd even seen it had happened. Thanks so much for a good time!
Recently I visited this place for a private birthday party and was blown away by how good the night went. The energy of this location was alive and funny, everything was very clean new looking, and the waiting staff was great. The waitress of our party, Amelia, was probably one of the best waiters I had... EVER. She was so incredibly attentive, personal and friendly. I am very pleased to visit this place again!
If you are looking for an upscale fun night for your family, this is your place. Firstly, the atmosphere of the alley is remarkable, they split some alleys into spaces to minimize noise that really improves our experience. The food was great and the service was fast. We'll be back.
