Vegan food wasn’t without milk so couldn’t have the vegan meal If it is advertised as vegan, it should be vegan not then altered so that two components don’t go together. Sat totally separated from everyone else, waiter refused to move us despite there being lots of room. We were only a table of 2 and sat in our own, cut off section. Our friends invited us to join their long table, this was refused. No vegan puddings. One waiter was very helpful with my dietary requirements. Food arrived but chips were swiftly removed as apparently they weren’t for me and new ones arrived some time later. Overall, a really disappointing meal.
We had reserved a time for breakfast, but the rest of the hotel seemed unorganized. It was very crowded and loud, and many guests had to wait. I requested veggie sausages, but it took almost 30 minutes, so I decided not to bother. The vegetarian options were quite disappointing; I ended up just having toast. The potatoes were overly salty. Overall, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the dining experience was below average.
This hotel met our expectations. The staff were wonderful and did everything possible to make our vacation enjoyable. The only complaint, if I had to mention one, was the parking situation. I am disabled and hold a blue badge, yet we were charged a daily fee to park our car. The bedroom was excellent, but I would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of a bath, as I cannot use a bath. Thank you.
We ate only in the main dining room. Evening dinner was excellent with a very good selection of delicious food. Dining room staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little chaotic and noisy and we found ourselves squashed in a corner and having to squeeze our way out to get to the buffet. There was an adequate selection of food available.

This was one of the tastiest meals I can remember eating with more than generous portions. We had booked as a packaged hotel stay so menu was limited but looking at full menu should be something to anyone’s taste if a little out of our usual price range.
Fantastic Stay at this Wonderful Hotel as always! Staff are always Helpful and Friendly. The Restaurant is a really nice space and the Food is First Class. Great Breakfast in the mornings. Large Comfortable Room with a really comfy Bed. Perfect!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. Food was excellent. The staff, from cleaners to reception bar staff, were friendly welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

the breakfast in the big blue hotel is amazing. so much choice they want. the personal is also great.
