Big Chief Drive-In

I expected a drive-in where you order at a parking stall and then they bring out your food but this was a traditional restaurant.The food was everything you would expect from a drive-in/diner. Burgers, fries, fried mushrooms. It was made to order but as fast as could be given the time it takes to do that.If you're up by Walpole Island, this is a great place to feed the whole family. Everybody found something to eat.

A friend recommended we try this restaurant. I was expecting better quality food for the price. A bit expensive for deep fried food. The taste wasn’t great ended up giving the expensive food to my dog. Curly fries could have been cooked more, the fish sandwich was awful and the coleslaw was tasted dried out and not fresh.Wallaceburg has better restaurants of better quality for the price.

Landmark local eatery that has been around for generations. Quality of food is great. We had to wait longer due to an error made by restaurant but they were very quick to correct it and offer free beverages to compensate. Great place.
